Republic of Tatarstan

Tatarstan is one of the most economically developed regions of Russia. The Republic is located in the center of a large industrial region of the Russian Federation, at the crossroads of the most important highways connecting East and West, North and South of the country.

The republic is home to people with different historical backgrounds and cultural traditions. The combination of at least three types of cultural influences (Turkic, Slavic-Russian and Finn-Ugric) determines the uniqueness of these places, the originality of cultural and historical values.
